Mailer: Our mailer is a 4-8 page information package consisting of tournament
schedules and entry info, directions to parks, Rules, softball news and
whatever else that is relevant to the sport at that time. It is sent to
over 1250 team managers and several various other recipients.

are handed out to thousands of players and spectators at the ballparks.
These handouts change often and well read by your target market.

The web site received over 5,000,000 hits in 2008 alone. Since we are in
Georgia and have the opportunity to play year round our off season stats
only drop slightly to 80,000 hits a month. The web site consists of
Softball news, rules, directions to parks, handy documents and forms for
teams to use, photo’s of teams and action shots, tournament schedule, and
an active message board. The entire site, of course, has a sports
atmosphere but is kept in a fun and family friendly environment.

Newsletter: This is a monthly newsletter sent to thousands of players, coaches and
fans that have all voluntarily joined the email list.

- Demographics:
The mailer and the Web site is viewed by softball players and sports
enthusiasts consisting of nearly 85% men, 15% women in the 18-50 range,
with average sporting criteria. Visitors come from all over the world but
are focused in Georgia and surrounding areas. Managers and team organizers
are usually store or shop owners and/or principals in their fields.
