 Rusty
meets with area directors this weekend in the first
state meeting of 2008. Also visiting was Bob Holland, Divisional VP.
- 12/22/08 The protest by Ga.
Bombers of Dirty White Boys in the Ga. U.S.S.S.A. Men's (D) State
finals at Al Bishop Complex was ruled invalid by the previous Ga.
USSSA State Director. That ruling was overturned and the Protest was
upheld by the U.S.S.S.A. Atlantic Coast Division Vice President. *NOTE
see Article III Section 10 page 78 in 2007 U.S.S.S.A. Rule Book.
Therefore the Ga. Bombers are hereby declared Georgia U.S.S.S.A Men's
Class (D) State Champions. Being that the protest was upheld the Dirty
White Boys will be moved to last place and all other teams will move
up one place in the standings. Ruling by U.S.S.S.A. Atlantic Coast

Georgia USSSA Slow Pitch State Director Managers, coaches, players may
call the State office/Rusty 9am till 9pm
Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday The Ga. USSSA State office
will be closed on SUNDAY and MONDAY each week.
