Georgia USSSA Softball Suspensions

New for 2008 - If a player is caught by the director, umpire or protested by another team for being on the suspended list, he or the team that he is playing on Must pay the full suspension fee immediately for the team to stay in the tournament. The player is ejected form the game even after fees are paid as he was in the game illegally, He can rejoin the team, legally at the start of the following game.

Amount due "MUST" be paid in "CASH"

PROTEST IS VOID IF:
1. If a payment plan has been worked out by team or by an individual player (for himself) with Director that the money is owed to and payments are up to date.
2.If fees are paid before 1st pitch of game.
3.If fee(s) are paid before protest or before being caught

No this is not all of them, the entire list goes back to the early 90's

Spelling errors do not release you from paying

The following teams and/or players are suspended from USSSA

These team/player suspensions stay in effect - permanently or until fees are paid.

Any team caught using/playing a player that is on a team roster suspended because of a no show, is responsible for the no show fee.

It is every team manager, coache, player, & sponsor's responsibility to know what teams rosters your players have been on in the past. Whether a player signed the roster is not a determining factor. If a players name is listed on a roster, Ga. USSSA considers that player as having played for that team.

This suspension list is anyone who owes
any U.S.S.S.A. Director any fees for team
"No Shows" or "Bad Checks" or Check Fees"
or any other fees due because of a sanctioned game/tournament.
